The prices of our products are all EXW. Usually we ship via UPS or DHL after the payment. Also you may contact us to ensure the best shipping methods.

Usually the payments are prepaid by money transfer. But if you have good credit, the terms of payment can be decided according to it.
4. Return Policy
If the product is found to have manufacture defects, which must be authorized, please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the products. We may replace the item.

We have two kinds of packing methods. First is standard packing - We use common plastic bags, and it is free. Second is special packing - We use special jewelry bags, which are more durable and beautiful. You should pay some extra fee.
